Adaptive Reuse and Reconstruction

Based on Ar. Briones' architectural philosophy, "History should inspire modernity, for there should be no modernity over history. Otherwise, history will be rotten and forgotten." One of the aims of the firm is to reestablish, reconstruct and reuse the abandoned heritage buildings strictly on the permission and in conformance of the heritage codes and laws of the Philippines, and according to the needs of its possible users. We also aim to make the heritage last longer through tremendous research on possible beneficial materials that would match the previous identity of the buildings.
